Here is the Custom Home Process that you can expect from Richman Homes:

  1. At the initial meeting we will discuss your dream home and budget ideas.
  2. At the next meeting, we will discuss your initial house plans and enter into an agreement for your home so that our design team can prepare blueprints. The cost for this design service is applied to your new home purchase.
  3. After your review and approval of the final design we contract with you to begin the building process.
  4. Throughout the design and building process we will continue to communicate
    5. with you and encourage you to communicate with us. You will always have direct contact with one of us.
